(1)     The majority of the U.S. Virgin Islands that being 84.4% of our population, is currently comprised of minorities such as African Americans, Puerto Ricans, and Asians. NO LONGER can we allow the Democrats to label us as the party of exclusion. WE MUST build a grassroots campaign from scratch, which targets and reaches out to as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, utilizing every means possible, resulting in indisputable success.

(2)     As conservatives, we should not be embarrassed by capitalism but combine it with compassion to lift people out of the culture of dependency and provide ladders of opportunity for all Virgin Islanders. WE MUST bring everyone back into the fold.

(3)     WE MUST put forth worthy candidates for our Territory's public offices who are armed with solutions for the problems our Territory faces and not just the usual rhetoric. It is clear that our current elected officials cannot take us to the proverbial promise land, WE MUST act and the time to act is now.

(4)     WE MUST cultivate alliances with influential republican senators, congressmen, congresswomen, and senior republican leaders in order to aid in educating our fellow Virgin Islanders on the policies of our party that can greatly improve their quality of life.

In addition to serving as the National Committeeman of the Republican Party of the United States Virgin Islands, I also serve as the liaison to the Young Republicans National Federation and my goal is to create dialog with senior high school students and students of our local universities in order to introduce them to organizations such as the Young Republicans National Federation and College Republicans National Committee; the overall intent being to get young people interested in governmental affairs.
